In House Training
The Reinforced Learning Module (RLM) is the basic unit of TrainSet. Each RLM consists of (1) a preview of key concepts, (2) a text narrative (with integrated graphics, audio, and video) incorporating and elaborating on the key concepts, (3) a review of key concepts, (4) multiple choice testing of key concepts, and (5) revisiting, relearning, and retesting of material missed in earlier testing until all questions are answered correctly. These modules are linked together to create a lesson; at the end of each lesson, concepts are reviewed one final time before absolute assessment--a graded test--occurs. These lessons are then linked together to create a course. This learning modality--on-screen preview, elaboration and explanation, review, and testing--transforms your company's PCs into accelerated-learning machines.

Performance Tracking
The successful completion of modules, lessons and courses is automatically tracked and recorded on an included database, providing your human resources staff with an easy way to insure the dissemination and assimilation of consistent information throughout your organization. Optional automated e-mail status reports--flagging employees yet to complete required TextVision™ TrainSet™ courses--help to insure that your widespread sales and management staff all "sing from the same sheet of music." Additionally, in this litigious age, having verifiable records that employees were trained, tested, and fully understood company policies and procedures is invaluable.

Remote Learning and 24 Hr. Tutorials
TrainSet� technology was designed to make full use of the internet and corporate intranets. TrainSet can be used for simultaneous, remote training; on any given Monday afternoon, your entire far-flung sales force can log on to your site, receive and work through a new product training program, take the tests, complete the course, and be ready to sell on Tuesday morning. Up-to-date courses are always available on your server, 24 hours a day, providing your staff with the convenience of fitting training into any available time slot.

In House Training
TrainSet is available in two versions: TrainSet™ Client and TrainSet™ Pro. TextVision™ TrainSet� Client provides the services of SoftOlogy's™ InfoWorks™ division to compose the full training/testing/tracking program for use in your environment using the materials you provide and under the direction of your training department. In other words, TrainSet™ Client provides you the hands to create the training you design. We also offer consultation and training development through our Educational Division staff consisting of educational psychologists specializing in the area of ³human factors² and efficient educational presentation.

Continuing Education
TextVision™ TrainSet� Pro is the stand alone solution for creation and maintainence of training materials. It includes a robust authoring tool, allowing you to create, update, repurpose materials and modify courses in a simple drag and drop format. It is a solution and interface designed to allow the training pro to spend their valuable time and expertise on the content of the training instead of on learning how to use a tool.
